Realest8 Technologies is in the process of developing a digital platform for real estate trading in Austria.

Digital

Starting from the purchase offer through the loan granting to the entry in the land register, real estate transactions are made on a transaction platform. The connection to the Austrian Land Register and to bank interfaces eliminates media discontinuities as well as intermediaries.

Fast & cheap

By digitizing the existing processes, we make them simpler and more functional. The digitization shortens the processing time of real estate transactions. Together with the elimination of intermediaries, this leads to lower costs for administration, banks, buyers and sellers.

Secure

Through controlled contract versioning and validation, data of the contracting parties is reliably identified and property data is authentically and error-free transferred from the land register. A banking interface makes trustees obsolete and enables the granting of fully digital mortgage loans.
